With more than 21 years of hands-on experience in the window, door, and commercial glass trade, Adam has built his reputation on precision, craftsmanship, and doing the job right the first time. After dedicating most of his career to mastering the industry, he has set out to raise the standard through Ambassador Window & Door — delivering a more personal, detail-driven experience built on trust, accountability, and clear communication.
Born and raised in Michigan and relocating to Florida in 2002, Adam carries strong Midwest values into every project: hard work, integrity, and pride in workmanship. He approaches every home and commercial property with the mindset that it deserves the same care and attention as his own — using quality materials, expert installation practices, and a commitment to excellence from start to finish.
Adam’s mission is simple: deliver lasting results, stand behind his work, and build relationships that extend far beyond a single project. He is a proud husband and a proud father of two sons, and he believes the same values that guide his family life — responsibility, honesty, and commitment — are the foundation of great business.
Dale McDonald (co-founder)
Dale is a dedicated construction professional with 27 years of experience. Starting his career as a teenager in Central Florida, he’s learned excellence in all aspects of the industry—from hands-on labor to project management, estimating, operations leadership, and much more—and knows what it takes to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
A lifelong Central Florida resident, Dale is married and the proud father of four daughters. Guided by core values of honesty and hard work, he has earned a reputation for integrity, reliability, and strong work ethic that clients and colleagues consistently trust.
